Abstain from these actions:

-Backbiting.

-Gossiping.

-Slandering.

-Rumor mongering.

-Lying.

-Defamation of character.

-excessive talking with no benefit.

وَلَتُسْأَلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

And you will certainly be questioned about what you used to do.
